Heart scales ?

So apparently for Mime.jr to evolve. He needs to learn the move mimic. I thought that you needed to raise his happiness to the max. but yah anyway I never taught my Mime.jr mimic. And I need heart scales for the move relearner :c so where can I get any heart scales ?

when you find the good rod you can fish in the lake at the hideout where cain and friends are hiding, with some luck you catch luvdisc, you have like 50% chance they carry hearth scales.

the other way is mining them from shiny rocks.

You need to be able to use Rock Smash to get to the Miner who gives you the Mining kit under the Grand Staircase in the Lapis Ward.
