Help with save files

So i just got a new computer and I was wondering if anyone could tell me what I have to do to get my save files for reborn, rejuv, deso, etc. off the old comp. Thanks.

The save files are stored in C:\Users\[USER]\Saved Games, with [USER] being whatever your computer's account name is. Each game should have a folder in there. Copy the files to the same place on your new computer and you can pick up from where you left off.
