Which ones are you missing?

 

There are some that didn't change at all (like the Spinel Town teleporting girl); others are now obtainable through just talking to the person now (like the mother of the kid attacked by Drifblim and Scolipede; in Neo-Reborn, you just talk to the mum and she gives you the sticker without fighting anyone).

Technically, it was like that last episode too, if you missed the event before going to Agate.

Last episode is where we got Neo-Reborn for the first time, and OP asked about stickers after the city gets fixed up. So I answered from that perspective, and not from E17.
