Evolving Charjabug

Enybody know how it posiible to evolve Charjabug? On Bulbapedia said that he evolve by level up on a special field. He appeared in game, or i need to use another way? Help me please.

Most likely it's the back room of the Power plant, you need to level him up there (Shades gym).

You can also find it in the wild. It rarely appears in Mr Seacrest's garden in North-West Peridot (Day Time only). I've encountered it twice while grinding up Sp Atk EVs for a mon there. I'm assuming that you can only find it after reborn is renovated since its wild level is kinda high (60-70ish).

Thanks) I'm, maybe, catch Vibrava on my second save, but then i need to hardly train him.
