If you walk alongside the west or east wall of the desert, you will eventually find one of the four, but i'm not sure if you have to visit all of them at least once to spawn the mirage tower. Maybe it's safer if you visit each oasis and see if the mirage tower is there. Link to post Share on other sites

Spoiler yeah, just confirmed that you have to visit three mirages consecutively for the tower to appear. it doesn't appear if you visit all four in a row :\ it was really frustrating when I figured that out xD Link to post Share on other sites
