So basically I place something and when I go to play the game it doesn't pop up I saved it

@jamesw0102 If you have made some changes on layer two for example and you have put already something on layer three, the thing you have put on layer three will show up.

Basically, the higher the layer, the more priority it gets in order to show up on the map.
