Complete the mulch sidequest at the end of which the old man gives you a Yureyu Key.Take the key to old power plant ( shade's gym ) talk to the guy there . He will tell you that that's the key for the back room or something. Go through that back room and soon you will encounter a Rotom. Link to post Share on other sites
