does the ability capsule changes the normal ability to hidden ability?

Actually it makes the ability of a Pokémon rotate. So, if a mon has only 2 abilities, it will automatically get the other. But if it has 3, it will get one of the other 2, then the remaining one, should you use another Ability Caps.
