dimensional rift diary

so i've finished the new version long ago, and began a new game,

while playing i found the weird diary on how to save the dimensional rift pokemon.

so i picked it up on my main run to, is there a way to use that book after the garbodor event

and yes, because i didn't had that book i destroyed garbodor so melia didn't get to read it
