How do I access trade?

The title says it all. I just found out that trade is existent in this game Cuz Ppl 4ll 0v3r 7he F0rum 4re 4sking f0r fr33 P0k3men  

But I can't find it in my game lol

Pokegear -> Online Play -> Register + Login -> Trade

A community 16 was released before ep 16.2 which contains online play feature in addition to various bug fixes.

if you have stared a save file before e16 content then you won't have trade option available until you reach e16 content in the game
