[SPOILERS] Corin-Rogue List

I've tried to access this event numerous times and I can never get it to work. Can someone please give me a list of what I need to do to access the Corin-Rogue event? It's really starting to tick me off.

You can't finish this yet but ok....

 

1. Buy the mon from the fishing fool in Grand Hall for 500 poke

2. Go to north Peridot and "buy it back", battle 2 fools

3. In Obsidia's slums, battle a fool in the room where you talk to the box over and over

4. Battle a fool of the other gang in North Obsidia, south of the gentlemen's clubs and north of Yureyu/Sweet HQ.

5. Go to the pokemon salesfool in 7th street, Corin-Rouge will show up and steal it

 

Then the E16 ones:

 

6. Hit up the not-fool police chief in Jasper, he'll inform you of some locations

7. Battle three fools: Malchous Forest, North Peridot, Azurine Lake west of Coral Ward

8. Find another fool in the flowers in the back of the Coral Gym

9. I think there's something you can do if you upgrade the railnet, though I've not seen that option yet. I think the Azurine thing reaps more rewards overall and if you choose this you cannot continue the quest yet anyways.

After step 4 go to dahlia street in lapis ward. Talk to your fellow gang member and then proceed to 7th street. The event should trigger in the are where the vendor once was.

I cannot find the Police Chief.. I checked the station where I thought he would be and did not find anything
