[Answered] Beldum Event

Hello,

like the title implies, the beldum event doesn't seem to work for me. I watched the guide in the event & puzzle thread, got a data chip and tried to talk to that machine. Sadly , it only shows the usual healing dialogue.I also noticed that Cain's mother doesn't stand at the same position like in the guide. So i guess ther might be some condition that I dont fulfil yet.

It might be of interest, that squirtle isn't where Mudkip used to be. Im not sure whether that is intended, or Ame put Squirtle in a differnent position, but as I understand it Squirtle should be the replacement for Mudkip. So there might be something wrong with my wasteland.

I think you must reach a certain point in the story before it's available. Maybe you even need to beat Seel first.

Yep, especially remember to get on a Tauros. You'll need it briefly in the wastelands

Thanks a lot. Your answers make sense. I believe i went there shortly before / after Randomus. To bad im in Calcenon right now. Guess have to wait to 16 then. Im going to get my Metacross eventually
