For now, you can evolve Eevee into Leafeon at the mossy rock in the hidden meadow towards the East side of Chrysolia forest. Glaceon can be obtained at the icy rock located in the Ametrine/Citrine mountain system, accessible through a hidden cave in the North Adventurine Woods, near the place where Joltik is found.
