does anyone know where I can evolve eevee into leafeon/glaceon

Generally, it's best to look at a Pokemon location guide, like this one (http://www.pokemonreborn.com/forum/?showtopic=4737) to answer your questions. I can say, that both stones are semi late in the game, as I recall.

Leafeon: Level Eevee up near Moss Rock (Chrysolia Forest)

So now I know how to get leafeon but the location guide didn't know where glaceons icy rock is anyone know?

Yes. Please do refer to the location guides in future. For now, you can evolve Eevee into Leafeon at the mossy rock in the hidden meadow towards the East side of Chrysolia forest. Glaceon can be obtained at the icy rock located in the Ametrine/Citrine mountain system, accessible through a hidden cave in the North Adventurine Woods, near the place where Joltik is found.
