Pandalex12 Posted March 20, 2016 Share Posted March 20, 2016 I'm currently breeding eevees and only managed to get a good HP grass and electric so far but I'm aiming for HP Ground for a Sylveon. My question is: Has the spread for HP Ground changed? One eevee I hatched had a 14/26/28/17/12/30 IV spread but didn't have a ground type hidden power.
