I can't find that annoying little tadpole anywhere in Tanzan cove. I used both the old and good rods and went through the grass. How rare is the little guy? I really need him for my backup water type because poliwrath is water and fighting and that should help me greatly with Luna when i eventually get to her.

Welp, you have a 6% chance to find it, and only in the morning hours, as per this very accurate in this stuff EV guide. Adjust your PC time accordingly and happy hunting! Poli is one of my old favourites!
