So i just noticed this, does anyone know if this is some kind of event, and if it is what do you have to do and what rewards do you get?

Study, learn: tale all lessons that Apophyll has to offer. When you absorb all of that knowledge, come back to recieve an enlightened Pokemon, that has gone through its own meditation and reached Zen itself. A Pokemon very closely related to Apophyll's philosophy and its leader, Kiki.

You'll receive Meditite for this, like Odybld said. You need to talk to all the students who lecture about zen (They're inside the academy), come back and you'll receive the Meditite /o/
