Loyalitie
Hello ladies, gentleman or anything that you might be Since it's been a month since I finished Reborn, why not try Rejuvenation? It's my first blind monotype, so I need some help with my team I'm at Route 3 right now, and my team is pretty full. Destroy the Grotle ♂ Docile Nature (Neutral) Shell Armor Tackle - Bite - Curse - Razor Leaf Curse is very useful, it's the very first time that I'm using the Turtwig line, and damn, it hits hard. Also a very good tank with some curses. Savage the Diggersby ♀ Adamant Nature Huge Power Mud Shot - Take Down - Quick Attack - Stacking Shot It's Diggersby Venam the Nidorina ♀ Quiet Nature (-Spd +Sp. Atk) Poison Point Poison Sweep - Fury Swipes - Bite - Double Kick The most neutral of my team. She doesn't hit so hard, but she doesn't fall so easily, and Poison Point. Crasher the Graveler ♂ Brave Nature (-Spd +Atk) Sturdy Smack Down - Rock Smash - Stealth Rock - Bulldoze I love Sturdy mons, specially in these games, but i always forgot to set up the Stealth Rock (don't judge me) Sturdy + Bulldoze just wrecks everything, btw his lack of Speed is a real problem sometimes. Spikethrone the Sandslash ♂ Lax Nature (-Sp. Def +Def) Sand Veil Rollout - Crush Claw - Fury Cutter - Magnitude About to be kicked, he's not special in anything, but he does his job. Moley the Dugtrio ♂ Adamant Nature Sand Veil Magnitude - Growl - Sucker Punch - Bulldoze A glass cannon, a very good glass cannon, without him and his Bulldozeness accompanied by a wonderful speed i would never win Mewtwo and his friends, seriously, he surprised me a lot. Box: Amaria the Numel ♀ Calm Nature (-Atk +Sp. Def) Oblivious Not trained yet Ember - Focus Energy - Magnitude - Flame Burst Tina the Tympole ♀ Impish (-Sp. Atk. +Def.) Swift Swim Not trained yet Bubble Beam - Round - Mud Shot - Bounce I heard that Wooper is found at Route 3. Still hunting for him ... I need help What do you guys think? Suggestions? ShadowStar
Wooper would be a good choice. Seismitoed and Wooper will be key in certain battles. Water Absorb is best on Wooper and Seismitoed could have either Swift Swim or Water Absorb. I can vouch for Nidoqueen. The Queen is very tanky and hits back hard with Sheer Force Moves. Golem is a very good Sturdy Mon. This will save you sometime. In my opinion, I agree with dropping Sandslash for now for a Water/Fire type. I would keep Seismitoed and Quagsire in the back because you will need them later. Torterra and Bunny are very good as well. Torterra / Nidoqueen / Diggersby / Golem / Camerupt, Seismitoed, or Quagsire / Dugtrio Nidoqueen may not be as essential since this is a Mono Ground but she will be super useful in a certain Double Battle. TimTim
Quagsire can be found via fishing with good rod(from the sidequest in Gearen) in the stream in route 3, Wooper along can be found in wild in Goldenleaf Town grass patches and I agree with per ShadowStar said, Quagsire's abilities are its main appeals, coupled with its access to amazing boosting moves amnesia and curse, it is very handy for upcoming gyms. I personally run Gastrodon over Quagsire and Seismitoad in water/ground slot in my party for Rejuv Water/Dragon dual type theme run, as Quagsire is more physical oriented while i have preference for special attacker that is Gastrodon. I am also all for Camerupt replacing Sandslash as you can never go wrong with running grass-water-fire triad for type balance in your team. Good luck and have fun with your mono, it sounds challenging yet enjoyable at the same time. Edited November 26, 2015 by TimTim
Loyalitie
Quagsire can be found via fishing with good rod(from the sidequest in Gearen) in the stream in route 3, Wooper along can be found in wild in Goldenleaf Town I do not believe that I spent hours looking for these two in the grass patch on Route 3.
