Alright so during the first city, you should encounter tynamo when it's raining in an alley and blitzle near julia's gym. Also teddiursa should appear after the first gym playing hide and seek, but he literally does not appear...at all and I've looked everywhere.

Also questions about the Zangoose that appeared in the alley and fled? How to catch it.

I remembered there is a mime junior on the first city's bridge as well

Tynamo and Blitzle need STORMY weather, not rainy.

Teddiursa needs clear weather.

Zangoose will roam different alleys, and will not be catchable until you get to Lapis Ward.

Mime Jr is axed, meaning it's not there anymore.

You can get Mime Jr. from a trade in the North Obsidia Ward.

That should be a storm... Strange... Are you positive you're playing in E15?

What does the weather report say if you look on a TV. If it says stormy and the events still aren't appearing please upload you save file and I'll take a look at it.
