Shade help

I need help with Shade I keep getting destroyed. Yes I only have 5 Pokemon.

My current team is;

Blazekin lv 38

Meowstic lv 37

Linoone lv 34

Seaking lv 33

Swallot 35

You should level up your team and get some new team members. For example, you can get Scrafty at this point in the game. Use the Dull Key from the Railnet and unlock the door at the Slums. After you beat two Level 45 Pangoro and one at Level 50, you obtain Scraggy. Also, what gender is the Meowstic? If it's Meowstic M, then Prankster Dual Screens support is always helpful. F is also good, as Shadow Ball is boosted by the field.

A good dark type can make short work of Shade. Scrafty is the probably the best one available, especially if you get one with Dragon Dance and/or Moxie. Some other dark types available are Drapion, Skuntank, Mightyena and Cacturne.

Shade's field effect can boost the power of, and be altered by, electric type moves. Good electric mons available are Ampharos, Manectric, Emolga and Magneton.

Porygon is available at this point and it gets charge beam which helps with the field effect and growthie gets bite and crunch if you have a fire stone but scrafty is the best option

You can get a zorua at this point in the game I usually use it against shade... and then never again plus it's easy to grind to the right level by fighting wild unown under the grand stairway
