BlackMage Posted August 2, 2015 Posted August 2, 2015 So I recently purchased a PS4 w/Arkham Knight. After a while of playing it, me and my brother decided to update our PS4 to the latest system version 2.57. I left it at installing and left the room but a few minutes later my brother said the system crashed. So now it doesn't works anymore and we brought it to the store where we bought it from, along with a year's warranty. They said they can replace it and give it to us in 4 days. However, my question is can I again update it because apparently we cannot connect to PSN or play multiplayer games (which we plan to buy) without installing it. Quote
Support Squad Felicity Posted August 2, 2015 Support Squad Posted August 2, 2015 Well first you gotta figure out exactly why it crashed. Maybe the internet gave out mid update and that caused it. Still, in order to access any online content you need the most up to date version out there in case something in the new update affects connectivity to online servers etc Quote

I also heard the same happened with many people with version 2.00. Also, nice pic of Tomix . Quote
