How to I get to 7th street?

Ok, so I have the corrupted Pokeball from railnet, which from what I understand gives ralts. However, I read something that mentioned I need to get magnet powder from 7th street. So, where do I find 7th street and are there any story reqs to get into it?

do you have 8 badges because if not then wait until then because it is story required.

If you just want Magnet Powder, you can find it inside the Blacksteam Factory in Peridot. Hint: Flash.

You don't even necessarily need Flash for the powder in Blacksteam Factory…it's a fairly on-rails dark area…one of the split junctions takes you to the magnet powder, the other you get a TM of some sort if I remember correctly.

But just for the reference, 7th street is unlocked after you defeat Radomus. Then you will go talk to the boss of whichever gang you chose to join, and they'll tell you where to go.

But before they tell you anything, you need to finish all of the gang quests.

Yes, you can get it from the Pokemon dealer. I recall that you need eight Purple shards.

You need to have done the gang quest first, have eight badges after defeating Radomus and they should tell you where it is. Its in the upper left most part of Lapis ward and there is a elevator that will take you to 7th street.
