Or will I have to start a completely new file for e15?On another note, can't wait for e15! Your save file will remain intact as long as you don't break it before episode 15 \o/ The save file is located in a different place a.k.a you can delete the game folder in the future, but the save will remain in the place it should be. However, you should save your game on a safe area, like the pokémon centers, otherwise it will corrupt.
