No Archen?

As far as i know Archen is obtained via its fossil which can be received from some guy at the Spindel Museum after taking down the meteor grunts that wanted to take some fossils,so i talked to dem dudes and fought them at tanzan,so after winning i kinda got side tracked by the story and a while latter went to the museum (am at Vs Arceus) but the old man just says:''You are always welcome my friend.'',checked my bag and ofc my PC no Archen or fossil,is it a bug or did i screw up something?

I believe there is a game in Agate Circus where you can get Archen or Tortuga, but I didn't complete them because I didn't want them so maybe, maybe not. I assume this because the puzzles have Archeops and Carracosta as the pictures and a "rare" fossil as a prize. Someone else can confirm though.

I can confirm that is how you get the Plune Fossil and Armor fossil (or what ever fossil is Tirtouga's)

yes, you solve the picture puzzle in agate and you can get the plume fossil for archen.

EDIT: Sorry DIDN'T READ LOL, was it an old man you were suppose to talk to? Because I thought it was a scientist on the 2nd floor of the museum. If you're trying to get your revived fossil back, you're going to need empty space in your team. But nonetheless, if you need a plume fossil you can get another in Agate Circus (you just need to wait a while to get back to Spinel City though due to plot....)

Not a bug, just concerns the location of the Plume fossil, moving this thread to On The Hunt.

Yeap the fossils are in Agate Circus. Before this you'd get them from the dapper old man in the corner of the museum.
Plume for Archen and Cover for Tirtouga.
