0 Deleted User Posted January 7, 2015 Posted January 7, 2015 Outside of Pick-up, you can not get a Lucky Egg in Pokemon Reborn. The pokemon needs to be Level 81+ and since there's a 10% chance of the pokemon picking up an item after each battle, and a 1% chance of that item being a Lucky Egg, your odds are roughly 1/1000 battles you'll get one.
