Elekid [Ep.14 Spoiler]

In Calcenon City you can trade the Electirizer for an Elekid in one of the houses. Is there some way to get an Electirizer back though? (to actually evolve the Electabuzz)

The respective evolution items should be obtainable on the 10th floor of the department store, and we should be able to reach there now with 9 stickers at our disposal, but some have reported they can not access it still for whatever reason. Otherwise, there's no other way to get your hands on another one.

Another alternative, albeit a much more roundabout and effort-requiring one, would be to load up a earlier version of reborn, get the event elekid from that version and keep the electirizer for evolution. But ain't nobodeh got time fo dat.

When you try to get there a man is in the way and says something along the lines of the area is blocked off until you can reach it storywise (waterfall back to Reborn City) similar to why you can't access the earlier on dive areas.
