Can the ability capsule change a Pokemon's ability to its hidden ability? Cause when I download Episode 14 my Scolipede's ability changed from Speed Boost to Swarm and I want to know if I can change it back.

Yes, they will cycle in order through the 2 or 3 abilities they possess access to, including the Hidden Abilities.

To clarify, hidden abilities are treated as generic third abilities as far as the game is concerned, so even if they worked as they usually do, you'd still have a chance.

For the most part they are: HAs can be found in the wild and the ability capsules I wrote don't differentiate them from non-HAs.
