[How do i un-fuckover my game?]

I think i fucked the shaymin quest over, somehow, maybe walking through walls or something, i had found the 5 shaymins, i think, now though i'm back to the finding shaymins part and 2 of them aren't on the map (i looked where they're supposed to be and they're not there). Is there some switch i can turn on to mark the quest as completed so i can progress through the game? Thank you!

So after the quest with the tapus (which was the last quest i had to do in order to finish the current tier), i caught all of them and went back to the club, but seacrest was still there telling me to catch the tapus along with the little star! I have caught them though, what do i do?

So i'm in the postgame where i have to catch the legendaries, and i've found the kami trio, the swords of justice, and Regigigas, as i was supposed to. I can't find the little sparkles anymore to go where i have to catch a new tier of legendary pokemon, and the Mission Refresher guy still tells me about the Route 4 event. Am i supposed to do something before it and was the text just not replaced my mistake? Did i softlock myself somehow? Help me please!

ok, i'll watch a guide, my game was already broken almost completely so it's pretty useless to tell me teleporting will cause harm but meh i got it i'll have to do it myself

In fact i don't wanna skip the whole gym, just the puzzle to get there. I wanna be teleported inside the gym, that's what i meant.

I'm currently stuck in the abomination of an idea that is Tourmaline Desert, and i heard there's a gym somewhere in there but i have no idea where: in the big hole? after the scrapyard? behind the walls? do i access from Beryl Ward? Better yet: Is there any mod that could teleport me to any map in the game? I remember i saw a mod like that but i don't remember its name. I need this mod just to get me to the gym and fight whoever thought it was a good idea to put a gym in a desert. Can anyone tell me how it was called? Thanks!

i went up the stairs where (i think) you fight Pulse Magnezone in Devon Corp. The problem is it's not letting me: The game stuck me in front of a dead meteor grunt's body and it's repeating the sound of bumping on something: the only thing it's letting me press is the quicksave key and the keys to get out of that menu (only when i'm in it), nothing else, i've tried changing the controls but it doesn't work. What do i do? Do i send my save file to someone who can hack it somehow? Was this bug already found? Thanks in advance for the help!

So i've been stuck on a fight with Pulse Swalot. This thing is UNBEATABLE, it's OP to the max level, i'm using the Simple Easy mod to try and beat it and i can barely damage it. I tried to import some legendary pokemon but it didn't work, this thing laughs in the face of Necrozmas, obliterates any Groudon, and kills Deoxys like they were a bunch of ants walking around its flat. It's too hard for me! If you know how to beat this horrible roite of a gross blob of a monster, can you tell me how you managed to do so? What saint did you pray to to help you beat it? It's way too hard for me, way too hard.

I need help: I just arrived at Calcenon and according to the Wiki, i'm at the point where Charlotte should take my ruby ring and go away... the only probelm is that scene isn't happening! It just wont trigger itself. I know i sound very stupid right now since the wiki is outdated but i have zero idea what to do so i'm asking here. I have pokemon reborn version 18.4.1, anyone know how to help me? I'm assuming the scene was replaced by something else, since the game is asking me to battle Charlotte and get Dive but i can't find Charlotte after she runs away from the gym, thats my problem.
