[Rockruff Trade (Oceana Pier)]

I'm trying to get a dusk form lycanroc and when I trade my rockruff with the woman I get a regular rockruff even though she said that her rockruff has a special ability that being own tempo. Is there a way to evolve a rockruff into dusk form without needing the ability?

You can find the regional mareep by doing zumi's pokedex quest in the magnolia library and you can find the regional paras by going into the corrupted caves in carotos mountain which could then be found in a magma drift part which needs rock climb, and spice powder to wake up the paras, this part is a bit further into the corrupted caves.

[Can't activate Legend of The Goomink quest]

So even though I completed the quest with Ben and his Inkay fiasco when going to the kingdom and entering through the doors the cutscene wouldn't activate, though the cutscene did still play when you first see goomink run away and I also got the cutscene when first entering the kingdom, anyway help would be much appreciated.
