I can't move my character. A message that said script is taking to load just appeared then when I load the game again my character is stuck. please help!!

Hello so I was doing the story then I was here at team meteor base at tanzan mountain. Then my computer lagged and then it said that the script is taking too long to load so it automatically saved. after I load the saved file it just my character won't move the only button I can do is the autosave button. Can anyone help me please?

Hello so I have a level 48 magneton and I want to evolve it to magnezone. I tried leveling it up at terajuma jungle but it didn't evolve.. Where can I evolve my magneton in pokemon rejuvination?
