Anything is fine tbh. I'm missing a lot in the pokedex so anything that's not super common probably fills a slot, but you can put whatever you want. I've got the whismur now if you're ready. Edit: ID is Delacour if you're around

I don't have one on me, but I believe you can purchase a Loudred on 7th Street for some shards. I don't remember which shards or how many though. If it isn't there for you, I can go buy him and breed it if you need.
