So, for your second bug, you seem to be missing the fonts pack, you can fix this by running the game as an administrator, which will then ask you if you want to install the missing fonts. As for your first bug, I have no clue how that is happening, but you can try running Game.exe. game-z.exe improves the speed of the game greatly but its nothing different besides that.
