So I’m trying to get Zorua for my team and have gone to the rooftop in the Beryl ward numerous times and Corey was never there. I’ve advanced to fighting shade in the storyline and still Corey does not appear. I got the silver ring shortly after he jumped off the bridge, does that make the encounter stop?

To put it simply, I have been looking around Azurine Island for the past half an hour and clicking in everything but I can't seem to find Cain. I have already defeated Aster and Eclipse.
