[Can't get to Aya possible bug]

The monitor should be going up and then left from the position of your screenshot

Thank you, I feel kinda stupid now but yes, I had to talk to the monitor.

[Can't get to Aya possible bug]

This has never happened to me before, but the door that leads to Aya is locked.
I just beat Cain and he opened the big door to the wasteland and when I came here it was locked.

Has anybody had this happen to them before? Did I forget to trigger an event?

The only thing that I can think of that I had done was change the weather from rain to clear and I already tried changing it back.
Could that have broken the game?
