it was probably before I fought the two grunts right after talking to Taka when he was telling the player Titania about how he doesn't with what his side is doing and doesn't have a choice. When I lost the fight with said grunts i went back to where i last healed and tried to go back and i saved right before going into that room again because i thought it was just going to run the cut-scene again but when i got back Titania was there but the water wasn't lowered so i was stuck.

I lost a battle in the water treatment plant an can no longer progress because the water that taka lowered for me is up Game.rxdata
