Can someone explain me, what happen when you change nature in 7th Street? Did anyone ever try it? like do the stats adjust after changing? (and if stats do not adjust, how do you make it up for it?)

Hi guys, i just started playing reborn. Uhmm let me just get straight to the point, at beryl ward story, i didn't save all of the police officers before fighting those meteor admins, is there any consequence to the story regarding that? is there any item or static pokemon that I will miss because corey wasn't revealed?
