Do you know how to start the virtual badge quest in 13.5? Because I cant find it from the usual method like in v13 and before

Am i the only one that's stuck in narcissa's sidequest, specifically at the mysterious manor in the past? Because i've been searching for ways to unlock the gate on the 1st floor for like hours and i still found nothing at all...... PLEASE ANYONE HELP ME WITH THISS
