I'm completing the pokedex and realized I do not have a luck incense or a way to encounter happiny. If anyone can trade either of those things it would be GREATLY appreciated

I decided to complete as much of the pokedex as i can while awaiting the next update but realized that you don't have access to Citae Astrae post-restoration. Its there anyone that can trade me a natu or xatu?
