[Pokemon Reborn Redux [Mod][E18.71 Version Released]]

Is TM Breeding in the latest version of the game? I'm currently trying to breed sludge bomb on my roselia, and the first step of the chain is to breed sludge bomb on a stunfisk. I bred my male swalot, which knows sludge bomb, with a female stunfisk, but my baby stunfisk doesn't know sludge bomb. I checked on bulbapedia- stunfisk learns sludge bomb as an egg move, and both mons are in the amorphous egg group. So what am I doing wrong/How do I get sludge bomb roselia?

I'm trying to get the fennekin in the water treatment facility. You're supposed to open up the door by pressing the panel, but I can't get my door open. I haven't been able to find any real solution to this. The only related incident was with this fellow on this post. https://www.rebornevo.com/forums/topic/20545-resolved-finding-fennekin/ Apparently some dev or admin had opened the door for the fellow, and i was hoping the same could happen to me.
