Seeking a high IV ditto to re-breed my current team. I tried to wing sub-optimal IV's, natures, and disregarded EV's and it is really catching up to me. Also, at what point does the enemy have specific EV training / high or perfect IV's? I read post Charlotte in one forum, but I figured it may be different in Episode 18. I was just steamrolled by Solaris's Garchomp... but I'm a masochist or else I wouldn't be enjoying Reborn this much. Thank you in advance!
