So I guess your current team is Charizard, Bewear, Banette... Any other high leveled Pokémon around?
An easy strategy against him is to PP waste his Rotom. By continuously switching between a ground and a normal type, Rotom will never hit you. Once it is out of PP, it will immediatly switch out.
The best part is that whenever you KO one of his next Pokémon (let's say Dhelmise), if Rotom is still alive, he will send it in. Then immediatly switch it out, giving you one early free attack. Since this strategy also saved your Banette, you should have the extra needed strength to beat Mimikyu.

The toggle is in game options, it's not on the keyboard anymore.
Also Running Shoes are only available after picking your starter, if you were like me and tried to run from the start...
