[Game Saving ruining my Shiny Type Null Encounter]

How would one do that? Whenever I return to the spot it won't let me in, and I don't see a file for saves

While I don't have a screenshot of the proper screenshot of it being shiny, the app suddenly stopped working and did the thing where it said the script was taking to long and it had to restart. So...I kinda want Silvally and spent a good while soft resetting for a shiny type null, is it possible for the event to be reset or something? Because after it opened again it just seemed to run that I ran away from it.
