[Where do I go next? [REJUVENATION]]

I've just beaten Venam at the first gym and I've been told to go find Karrina but I'm not sure where to find her. From what I read it said that her base should be near the pier but I can't find it.

 

Edit: I have found Junction Bridge on the West side of Gearen.

I beat this fight in V11 Normal Mode, but it was reliant on Houndoom not using Nasty Plot so that I could put it to sleep with Yawn. But so far on this new file, through about 25 resets, Houndoom always uses Nasty Plot, then Incinerate on the next turn and we are toast.

If that is the fight I think it is then you're scripted to lose.
