Stuck at West Gearen and Pyramid

So I was at the pyramid where you can switch between Aelita and Ren. After my player reached the last part, I could no longer switch for some reason. I thought it was just something wrong with my location so I flew out of the area to East Gearen and now I'm kind of stuck because the train at West Gearen is closed and I can't seem to fly back to the pyramid. Anyone have an idea what to do? Thanks!
