Even with the patch, I'm still locked out. Any help would be appreciated!

Edit: i did not save in route 9, dream district, darchlight manor, ecc...

 

I'm having the same issue!

I'm not sure if this happens in other areas, but when you try to surf on Route 9, you get stuck and have to reload the game
