[Substitute does not block Will'O'Wisp]

I was fighting against one of the guys in the Grand Hall for exp, and his Rotom Wash hit my Scolipede with Will'O'Wisp through a Substitute. Unless I am misunderstanding how WIll'O'Wisp or Substitute works, this seems like a major bug.

 

 

 

Also, when you baton pass a pokemon with a substitute, the substitute animation doesn't show on the Pokemon that you have passed to.

The egg is Azurill, it now shows up in my Pokedex. But thanks for double checking.
