The Starlight Arena field notes should be
Spoilerin the Jasper Ward, in the fortune-tellers house at the east side of the ward (post-restoration). You need to start a side-quest before you can enter, which you might have already done?
I was looking for the Sapphire catching charm myself, so if you get any word on that, please share :)

I stumbled upon your comment while browsing around and I know it's like two months ago now that you posted it but I was wondering if you ever figured out how to make the randomiser work?
Would you still like a step-by-step explanation to get it to work?

You can access the folders with sprites and stuff if you right click the (newest) mac version of the game and click 'show package content'.
I don't know if the mods work however, but it's worth a shot

the cracked walls had me flipping out in a different way, but we got there in the end....Omg yes, please! Do not let this man walk out thinking that was scripted. Make sure he knows that people have suffered and sacrificed to get the same outcome!

This man is so lucky! Shiny Silvally has the best looks! i'm so happy with this XD
Also, he still doesn't know where the department store is...
But he has a shiny Silvally!
Why am I so happy about someone else getting a shiny? I really hope he'll use them, they're so pretty

As for starters, I guess none of those help him. The way I see it, Kiki will be a very dangerous force to reckon with. He has Pidgeot, but that's the only thing stopping her team... and now Kiki the Mightyena is his main. and it's doomed vs. a fighting leader.

He has to go through Shade before we even think about his battle with Kiki. And he is definitely not equipped for that fight. Mightyena cannot do that battle alone.
Actually, the dude only wants to hear the Chimecho chime, after that you're free to pick up the Chikorita. So it's not a trade (anymore? It wasn't when I did the mission in this latest version, but idk if previous versions required a trade)

Oh wow, the only thing I got right was the orphanage raid. Why is my memory so bad? I haven't even started playing this game that long ago, I'm only at the gate to Agate city myself, it hasn't been that long brain!
Oh well, thanks for the reminder! I hope Ttar can set aside his anger with Shelly to fully enjoy the flight of the orphanage gang
