    Stomping Tantrum tutor?

    I've tried searching thru the forums and the wiki, but i can't find an answer as to where the tutor that teaches stomping tantrum is,

     

    I wanna teach it to my Garchomp so that he can at least have a "poor man's earthquake".

I am smart that I am not going to save after being defeated however, since I would then have no more super potions nor the money to afford them. So I just learn from every failure then reload from the save before I ever challenged him.

I know have it up to a Weepinbell lvl 27. Much good use. I honestly am not as hardcore of a player to care for the IVs, I just have fun nicknaming them and raising them up in my team~

    It's not that it's necessary to care about IVs and EVs later on, but once you get the chance to do those things it'll make the game significantly more relaxed later on.

    To me, the early game was the hardest part, because you have so little things at your disposal.

    Shelly is definitely S by the time you get to challenge her gym, she's hard af. And i consider her the first filter of this game. If you are not committed to Reborn by the time you challenge Shelly, you will never win and will end up most likely quitting.

    Yeah you can get a lot of cool stuff in there, people that are trying to farm perfect IVs will sometimes discard their failures in there, which is great for newer players.

    Spamming WT, and grinding with the "trash collector" team for a little bit.

    I don't mind if they are lvl one and with suboptimal IVs and whatnot, so don't worry about those.

    I have a bulbasaur and the only PURE water type that i have a the moment that stays water only forever is krabby. In case you wanna trade, this is what i'm looking for:

     

    Squirtle, Chikorita, Treecko, Mudkip, Chimchar, Tepig, Oshawott. Apart from starters if you have a Misdreavus, that would be great also.
