i'm just at the beggining of the game and i heard that we can have a swirlix if we complete a puzzle. pix~ But i can't complete the puzzle because my Shift key doesn't work at all on puzzle 

Outside when i use registered item it work whitout problem. pix~ 

Does someone know what is this problem ? pixpix?
