I am stuck here since 1hr because I don't find any way of making the plot go further

also the game is amazing, good work it s pleasant to play and the story is good without too much dialogue

So i try to get knock off for a weavile, and since the pokemon doesn t learn the move by itself (based on what the wiki said) and i tried searching online if i could find the tutor of the move but i dont see anyone talking about it, maybe it s because i m not far enough in the game (at lee after getting strenght) but i couldn t find any source of info about that move, so if anyone know and could help me it would be really apreciated.
