I still think you should change the terrain, cause their teams are tuned best to the volcanic top field and just taking that away helps immensely. If you teach Marowak Dig and get a Froslass with Blizzard you could turn the field to the Icy field (or even melt it to the Water surface if that would give you any advantage or disadvantage to them).
Or use Hypnosis to win some time and momentum.
I just checked, and alolan marowak couldn't learn dig until gen 8. The only pokemon that get it in gen 7 are shedinja, sableye and trevenant. Sableye isn't even available yet, basically every opposing pokemon can kill shedinja and trevenant isn't fast enough or bulky enough to even get the chance to use it. I tried changing the field to a mountain field, but that just make their rock slides hit even harder. My froslass is too frail to live more than one turn, so a snowy mountain is out of the question unless I get 2 froslasses(froslassi?), which just wastes two party slots in return for a field that barely even helps the rest of my team. Unless I hack and give myself a golurk with fly, it's impossible to permanently change the field into something that actually hurts the other team.

Anyone have any tips for beating these two on Valor Mountain?
My usable pokemon are:
SpoilerMismagius@hard stone
destiny bond
shadow ball
mystical fire
power gem
Gengar@poison barb
sludge bomb
shadow ball
destiny bond
giga drain
Mimikyu@ghost gem
shadow claw
play rough
wood hammer
swords dance
Alolan marowak@thick club
bonemerang
flare blitz
shadow bone
brick break
Chandelure@charcoal
heat wave
shadow ball
magma drift
will o wisp
Decidueye@miracle seed
sucker punch
leaf blade
spirit shackle
nature power
Oricorio
revelation dance
hurricane
air slash
feather dance
I've tried only going for Zetta but that usually just ends in my team getting destroyed by krookodile, mega gengar and gyarados. I can't just focus on Geara either, because then I get swept by typhlosion and dragonite. I can't change the terrain either because no ghost types learn bounce or fly naturally and changing it to a mountain or volcanic field is useless. Melia screws up all the strategy I try to use because her pokemon always go for clefable while I try to sweep Zetta, which just leads to Geara sending in gyarados and moxie sweeping my entire team. I've tried this fight 20 times and the furthest I've gotten is killing all of Zetta's pokemon and killing mega gengar and krookodile.

Sorry if this has already been asked, but are there plans to implement the lag reduction thing that's being added to Reborn?

Are there usually a lot of changes to old content in new versions of this game? Like enough to make it worth waiting until its release to start a new save file?

I still can't confirm this issue. My greninja can use Icicle Spear successfully without any errors.
I get this error too, but only if the move hits more than twice. The error message says the stack level is too deep and then gives me the path to the rb file and displays this:
in `pbBaseDamage@Aephiex_AshGreninja'.

Do you have experience share equipped?
I did, but I unequipped it after this error came up to try to fix it. The error persisted.

Why don't you mega evolve absol? You can get absolite by then, and you aren't sacrificing anything by mega evolving it. The extra speed could probably take out mismagius, provided that you ev train absol.

if you use a terrain changing move it will then change back to mirror field. and then use a KlingKlang with mirror shot to sweep through them.Bonus if it has the ability Plus and you use it with Ampharos
I've tried with topsy turvy, but by the time my krookodile gets to cryogonal, my whole strategy falls apart cuz of levitate. My greninja somehow can't outspeed cryogonal and can't get a smack down off. I can't get klingklang either because I'm doing a dark mono.

Has anyone here beaten Serra's new master fight(glitch field)? If so, how did you do it?
-
Dragon dance on flygon maybe?
-
Favorite: Starlight Arena. Technically not available yet, but a fun field to use in mods.
Least Favorite: Swamp Field. Annoying because most of my strategies revolve around speed control.

Can anyone help me beat Corey's master fight? The way I'm trying to beat him is just way too tedious and requires me to soft reset until everything hits. I tried grinding at the grand hall for money to get enough rare candies to evolve most of my pokemon, but I still can't beat him. Here's my team(dark mono):
SpoilerPangoro-Scrappy
Low Sweep
Vital Throw
Slash
Karate Chop
Frogadier-Protean
Round
Quick Attack
Water Pulse
Growl
Houdoom-Flash Fire
Inferno
Ember
Fire Fang

Howl
Scary Face
Skuntank-Aftermath
Screech
Night Slash
Flamethrower
Toxic
Cacturne-Water Absorb
Needle Arm
Sucker Punch
Spikes
Spiky Shield
Liepard-Prankster
Fake Out

Pursuit
Hone Claws
Any help would be appreciated

Reborn
Hardest: Terra or Charlotte
Terra because the her quagsire and garchomp always screw me over
Charlotte because of her leads. I've always had to cheese my way past those, but after them it's been smooth sailing
Easiest: Hardy
because wide guard
Rejuvenation(for an ice mono at least because that's the only run I've somewhat recently)
Hardest: Narcissa
I had no good pokemon by then and had to use all of the x items I had found by then on my dewgong, set up stockpile and spam brine and aurora beam. After 27(I counted) srs I finally got it.
Easiest: Valarie
one word: blizzard

Watch out for ground types. You've got 3 pokemon weak to ground, none that resist it and one who is immune.

I think it's for a help quest you can do.
I've done all the quests from Sashila and Neo-Reborn and haven't found a use for it yet.

I found it in the voidal chasm and can't find any uses for it on the forums. Anyone know what it's for?

Have you gotten your mystery egg? If you haven't, definitely get it because you have a chance to get drilbur, who evolves into one of the best pokemon in the game. If you don't get drilbur, definitely go with mamoswine.
-
The guide says that greninja gets battle bond. Is that a thing in this mod?

Looking at your team, my immediate thought is leading with Vulpix to set up Hail and Aurora Veil. Once it dies (hopefully not before setting up Aurora Veil), switch into Seel and start setting up Stockpiles. A Berry Juice can help with this. Ideally, you'd want to become defensive enough to take four hits. Once you've set up Stockpiles, you'll want to Rest. Since you're most likely going to be slower, you'll heal to full after being hit (so it doesn't count towards the four). The first two hits are while you're asleep. The third hit is when you wake up and use Aurora Beam (since we need to get attacks in somewhere). The fourth hit is using Rest again.
As you can imagine, this strategy has a couple of problems. The first is that getting crit at all completely destroys the strategy, since it'll ignore your Stockpile boosts. The second is whether or not this strategy is even possible. I don't know how bulky your Seel is or if it would even survive at max bulk. If you want to post your save file, I could take a look at what you have available.
The problem with this is that vulpix doesn't survive a +1 multipulse from her lopunny.

I've done an Ice monorun of Rejuvenation too! But I did it on Normal difficulty instead and it was still really difficult
I don't really know if this will apply to intense mode but I used rare candies to level Vanillite up to 35 (it evolves into Vanillish then and also learns ice beam), then I gave it reverse candies back to level 30. Ice beam's a pretty strong stab move at that point in the game and Vanillish is stronger so it might help!
Interesting. Where'd you get that many rare candies though?
Zetta and geara ghost mono

I tried getting 2 froslasses and a seeded trevenant, but even that doesn't work. Usually I can get one blizzard and dig off before Melia's togekiss dies. Then she just sends in her hydreigon and spams heat wave, which kills Minior and lets the typhlosion come in on a volcanic field, leading to my entire team getting swept. Even if I get lucky and manage to keep the krookodile and minior alive, Melia's togekiss always ends up dying, which then makes hydreigon come in and ruin my entire strategy by changing the field. I can't kill her hydreigon with blizzard because the game doesn't let you aim moves that hit multiple pokemon.
